Major activities in project execution involved:

Hiring, training and on-boarding of visual merchandisers in 7 calendar days Deployment of technology platforms for PJP planning, PoSM deployment, PoSM optimization, logistics, warehousing and outlet enrolment with fully functioning resources Managing end to end accountability for the different POSM deployments in markets across South India

Objective

The key objectives of the project were as follows:

Fixture Maintenance For A Consumer Electronics Brand

Objective

The key objectives of the project were as follows:

  • Conducting in-store fixture maintenance at designated outlets
  • Manpower hiring and management for overall project
  • Reporting as per prescribed format

In Shop Branding For Dawat Basmati Rice

Objective

The key objectives of the project were as follows:

To rejuvenate existing stores & executing in shop branding in retail outlets across India by doing instore branding as per the outlet size. This activity is conducted PAN India covering all major cities to give a competitive edge over others in terms of visibility & getting channel support.

Approach

Execution of this activity needs rigorous follow ups & continuous coordination between multiple stake holders & fields team. We follow below approach for the effective execution.

  • We have finalized the rate card for a year for almost every activity to ensure time saving
  • We get request from LT Foods to rejuvenate store
  • Vendor partner & the team members are aligned for the recce.
  • Visual merchandising suggestions are given to client as per the brand guidelines.
  • Post Approval from client art work adaption is done followed by production of the branding
  • Installation & reporting happens as per the prescribed format & timelines.

Outcome>

This activity has helped brand in achieving the desired level of support from the channel as well. It refreshes the overall ambience of the store leading to improved brand awareness & channel support.
