Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month
Responsibilities
- Day-to-Day Accounting: Handle all routine accounting tasks, including ledger maintenance, data entry, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Accounting Software: Proficient in using Tally for maintaining financial records and processing transactions.
- Tax Compliance: Expertise in calculating and filing GST, TDS, and Professional Tax (PT), ensuring full compliance with regulations.
- Invoicing & Payments: Manage invoices, accounts receivable/payable, and track payment status from clients and vendors.
- Financial Reports: Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Communication: Maintain strong communication with vendors, clients, and team members in both English and Hindi.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- Software Expertise: Strong proficiency in Tally and other accounting tools.
- Tax Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and Professional Tax (PT) calculations and filing.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Immediate Availability: Candidate must be ready to join immediately.
- Work Environment: This is a work-from-office position, and the job location is HSR Layout, Bangalore.
