Marconix Sales Solutions is a high-growth, innovation-driven B2B consulting and demand generation firm, helping global brands drive scalable sales transformation across India, the Middle East, Africa (MEA), Europe, the UK, and North America.

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Executive to join our global sales team. The ideal candidate has a proven background in B2B enterprise sales, SaaS, solution selling, and account-based marketing (ABM). You will be responsible for handling large enterprise accounts, managing C-level client relationships, and driving multi-market sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Drive enterprise B2B sales across global territories (India, EMEA, APAC, UK, USA)

  • Manage full sales lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with CXOs, founders, VPs, and key decision-makers

  • Create customized sales strategies tailored to enterprise clients

  • Leverage data analytics, MS Excel, CRM tools, and presentation decks to deliver winning pitches

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales, IT/consulting solutions, SaaS, or high-ticket B2B offerings

  • Proven expertise in account management, ABM, consultative selling, and global client servicing

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders

  • Experience handling clients across UAE, Africa, UK, USA, and India

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, data analytics, and business reporting

  • Early availability for joining is a plus
