Role Overview:
We are seeking a Recruiter & HR Operations Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join our energetic and enthusiastic team. The ideal candidate will be a people person with excellent leadership skills, a go-getter attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. You should be results-oriented, process-driven, and capable of creating a positive, fun-loving work culture.
- Talent Acquisition: Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.
- HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR functions, including employee engagement, payroll, performance management, and compliance.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring alignment with company goals and maintaining a people-first approach.
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement HR processes and policies that are scalable and efficient.
- Communication: Be the bridge between employees and management, fostering open communication and a positive work environment.
- Cultural Stewardship: Drive a fun, energetic, and inclusive workplace culture, ensuring team members feel valued and motivated.
- Languages: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi are a must.
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience as an HR recruiter and in operations.
- Leadership: Strong leadership abilities, capable of managing a team and inspiring others.
