Requirements:
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Ensure campaigns are detail-oriented and effectively drive engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
- Develop high-quality, organic content that resonates with our target audience. This includes blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media content.
- Drive and manage performance marketing efforts, including paid search, display advertising, and other performance-based channels.
- Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Distribute content effectively across various platforms to maximize reach and impact.
- Oversee the planning and execution of external events, including industry conferences, webinars, and trade shows. Leverage events to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
- Develop and manage outbound marketing strategies to attract and convert leads through email marketing, cold outreach, and other outbound channels.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- MBA/ PGDBM in Marketing/International Business or any equivalent degree in a similar discipline.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably in B2B services or tech.
- Experience in working with International clients.
- Experience in the events industry is a plus.
- Strong background in digital marketing, content marketing, performance marketing, and SEO.
- Hands-on experience with campaign management and content generation.
- Ability to manage and execute marketing initiatives independently.
- Experience in handling external events and driving event-based marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
