About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Project Manager to manage institutional partnerships and drive growth for one of Bangalore’s fastest-growing Nursing & Healthcare EdTech platforms.

This role involves building relationships with colleges, managing onboarding projects, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring successful implementation of EdTech solutions across partner institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard Nursing, Pharmacy, and Paramedical colleges across Bangalore
  • Build and manage strong relationships with college authorities and decision-makers
  • Plan and execute onboarding and implementation of EdTech solutions
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams for smooth project delivery
  • Conduct presentations, product demos, and partnership discussions with institutions
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from lead generation to successful execution
  • Organize institutional activations, seminars, and collaboration events
  • Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of commitments
  • Maintain daily/weekly reports on partnerships and project performance

Achieve monthly targets related to partnerships and revenue growth

Qualifications
    • Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA in Business Management
    • 1-3 years’ experience in B2B Sales, Project Management, EdTech, Business Development, or Institutional Sales preferred
    • Comfortable with field visits and institutional meetings
    • Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong project management and stakeholder handling ability
    • Target-oriented and proactive mindset
