We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our efforts

Responsibilities
- Lead the sales efforts by identifying and targeting nearby construction projects to promote smart home devices such as lighting, thermostats, and security systems.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the assigned
territory. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, contractors, architects, and homeowners.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings and sales tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Electronics, Electrical Engineering, etc.) or Diploma in Electronics/Automation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the home automation
industry. - Proven track record of successfully managing a sales territory and exceeding
targets. - Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in using sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
