Responsibilities

As a Area sales Executive - Smart Home Automation - your role is to

- Lead sales efforts by targeting nearby construction projects to promote smart home devices like lighting, thermostats, and security systems.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.

- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, contractors, architects, and homeowners.

- Achieve sales targets set by the company.

Qualifications

Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the home automation industry. (Home Automation Controllers, Lighting & Appliance Controls,Home Automation Sensors, Ventilation, Temperature & Flood Controls, Smart Irrigation Controllers, smart Thermostats & Ventilation Controls , Drapery & Blind Opener Systems, Window Opener Systems) Or Interior design materials (wood, copper, fabrics, renewable materials, Tile, synthetic materials.) or Construction materials Industry( Steel, cement, concrete, ready mix concrete, binding wires, wood, stone, brick blocks, and aggregate)- Proven track record of managing a sales territory and meeting targets.
