Description

We are looking for a dedicated Inside Sales Intern to join our team on a three-month internship basis. This opportunity is exclusively available for female candidates who are enthusiastic about launching their career in sales. As an Inside Sales Intern, you will work closely with our sales team to support various aspects of the sales process and gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Note: This internship opportunity is open exclusively to female candidates in support of diversity and inclusion initiatives within our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in prospecting potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and other outreach methods.
  • Conduct market research to identify new leads and opportunities within the target market.
  • Collaborate with senior sales representatives to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts under the guidance of the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing sales documents.
  • Assist in the follow-up process with prospective clients to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Contribute creative ideas and insights to improve sales processes and achieve better results.
  • Complete assigned projects and tasks within deadlines while demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales and customer service.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
