Direct Sales Associate (DSA) – Delhi

About the Role:

Ramco Industries is seeking energetic and motivated Direct Sales Associates (DSAs).

This is a field sales role responsible for promoting and selling Ramco Cement Sheets and Metal Roofing Sheets to retail and construction clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Ramco’s building products to:
• Retailers
• Contractors
• Builders
• Construction professionals
• Conduct regular market visits to:
• Generate leads
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Organize product demos, site visits, and promotional activities
• Ensure timely order collection and coordination with distribution/logistics
• Maintain accurate sales records, leads, and follow-ups
• Share daily sales reports and market insights with the Area Sales Manager
• Support in expanding dealer and retailer networks across Bangalore

Candidate Profile:

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales (preferably in building materials/FMCG)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Must be comfortable with fieldwork and daily local travel
• Goal-driven and self-motivated personality

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: ₹35,000 (₹4.20 LPA CTC)
• Travel Allowance: As per company policy
